Hi everyone, I have been making milk kefir for a while now, and my milk kefir grains are reproducing fast so I have way more than I need for my daily probiotic intake! I am happy to share my kefir grains for free with anyone interested in this amazing immune system boost culture. The grains are cultured in organic whole milk and they seem to like it, but can be cultured in any other type of milk, according to your liking. I don't have the time and facilities to post them, but if you are happy to pick up from Pimlico station, please bring your own little jar or sealed plastic bag and I'll share them in some milk.
