Mountfield Petrol Hedgetrimmer. Hardly used so blade should be sharp. When using, a nut or something rattled loose & fell out - that helps keep filter in place. I think that's why the tape is stuck over. I haven't used for about 5 years. Am decluttering. I shall dig out the instruction booklet.
