This a replacement set for normal H9 headlight bulbs. The kit is complete. It was used for a few months and then removed from the vehicle. You need to make sure your car takes H9 bulbs as they won't fit cars with combined filament bulbs. These are single beam bulbs, either on or off. There is no alternative dipped function.
