The bed we have is white/blue reversible panels. It has has a few scratches in the pine frame which would sand out. We have taken it apart and a few of the plastic fixings that hold the slants in place have perished but these are not essential for the frame and could be replaced. The mattress is also available and only a few years old and in good condition from a non smoking household. The bed is slightly longer than a standard UK bed, so if replacing with a UK mattress there is a gap.
