Brand new, never used, flawless Kohler top mount octagonal bathroom sink and matching Wellworth elongated toilet, tank and seat in tender gray. Unfortunately the toilet is a 3 gallon or more flush and not a 1.6 gallon since it was purchased more than 10 years ago. Special order that could not be returned because of the return window; the color did not match the tile and decor that was finally chosen. The tank probably could have the mechanism replaced to enable it to be either a 1.6 gallon or two-step flush. If installed by a homeowner I don't believe the flush volume is a concern. Toilets sold today must be 1.6 gallon flush and a licensed plumber can only install 1.6 gallons or less type of toilet. If local I can deliver the items.
