Large garden plant

All the details

I have growing in my garden a large evergreen plant which is possibly a variegated New Zealand flax. It is very healthy and well-behaved but I inherited it and don't want it in our garden. As you can see from the pics it is the height of a one-storey building. I think this would be a good time to move it. If you would like it, you will need to come and dig it out! I would like to give it to someone who has some gardening experience and will provide it with a good home.
