Large Rehab Balance Wobble Cushion

I have a large (+/- 50cm) wobble cushion that I don't have room for. This is a floor wobble cushion and NOT for a chair. Standing on it (or trying to!) helps strengthen your core. Hold onto something until you can balance by yourself. One side is smooth and the other has soft nodules. Good fun for children, but be careful as they will fall off. It can be inflated with a hand pump.
