Large - 3m wide x 2.5m deep x 2.6m high - wooden summerhouse. Free to a good home but needs some renovation and receiver MUST fully dismantle and take away ALL parts. Skilled job and no responsibility taken for any accidents or harm. No assistance with breakdown or removal is available. Large van or small lorry also essential for removal as wall and floor panels are several meters square, but this would have been a serious piece of kit when new and could look great again if you have the skills. If you meet all these criteria and can remove it soon, then it's yours! Please note the exterior (felt) of the roof is ready for replacing, as is the entrance step, one window pain and slat are missing from the front doors, plus there's some minor rot in one window edge, but the main structure is in good condition and the unit as a whole is fully watertight.
