Leather topped desk for repair

Leather Topped Desk (for restoration) (FREE - will be disposed of Saturday 23 June if not collected) I got this with a view to restoring to its former glory but just don't have the time. Desk needs quite a bit of work - the beading around the drawers needs replacing here and there, some sections of wood eg at the edges may need filler and an overall sand and varnish should do the job. Could also be painted for a distressed finished. Some drawers don't slide correctly so the wood runners would need re-fixing. Great for a DIY hobbyist with some woodworking skills, should make a beautiful piece when completed. The desk measures 152cm wide, 91cm deep and 75cm high and will need two people ideally to unload it, though I can help loading into your vehicle when collected.
