Malm double (140x200cm) bed frame

Double size malmo bed frame in oak veneer finish. It is in pretty good condition as you can see in picture, except for light damage to one of the corners done by movers, but this is usually covered by having a duvet on the bed. We don't have the printed instructions but it's very easy to put together and the instructions can be found in this page under M (malm bed double/full): http://www.ikea.com/ms/en_US/customer_service/assembly_instructions.html#10

How high is the frame? I.e does it sit flat on the floor or can you put drawers etc underneath? Thanks
