Established in 1999 I've made it a personal ambition to help those who simply cannot (for love nor money) understand their computer, but wish they did. I provide help to fellow computer users from all walks of life, many from different countries and time zones.. What's most satisfying is to know that once I've provide this invaluable tuition, you won't fear doing something thought impossible moments before. How's this achieved you might ask? Simple. All from the comfort of your favourite chair at home. Yup! Technology is great eh? I know, you're sitting there thinking, well I know enough to get by, but is that enough to stay both safe and secure when using the internet? If you have a firewall and/or anti virus installed, you probably place all your beliefs in it to do it's job. Hmm! It doesn't quite go like that! Malicious threats come in all forms, many are deceptively installed and cannot be seen until the affects really mess up your computers normal operations. There are times when I say to people, how many malicious items do you think I'll find on first inspection? Many are shocked to discover >100 threats exist in a computer with anti virus software installed!
