Non-booting HP Pavilion PC for spares or fix

It stopped booting. I'm not sure why. I've made no effort to trouble shoot it myself or to get it fixed at some 'no-fix no-fee' place. (I'm going to buy a shiny new PC instead). I've wiped the 1TB hard disk of my personal files (and Windows). Otherwise it is untouched. For example, the hard disk is still inside the case. It's got a multicard reader. 6GB of RAM. A CD/DVD read/writer. Some variety of Nvidia graphic card. It has a Windows 7 license key sticker on the side .... which might be a path to installing Windows 10 again (if it could be made to boot again). ... I don't know. Power supply and all that stuff.
