Outdoor playstructure

This item is in Pleasant Hill

All the details

This wood play structure has been much loved, but now our kids (9 and nearly 8 yrs old) are too big for it. It was brand new 8 years ago and we used to sand and refinish it every year until 2 years ago. Now it has fallen into disrepair. Someone handy could disassemble it and rebuild in their own backyard. Response to the comment about my use of the term "disrepair" - these are new pics, taken yesterday when I posted. You can see the lacquer is peeling and there is a crack at the bottom of the slide. It's still perfectly functional, just not as pretty as if we were to take the time to sand and restain it. If it were me, I'd try to fix or cover the crack on the bottom of the slide as the edge might be rough.

Hi there! Your note says that the play structure has fallen into disrepair, but the pictures look fairly nice. Are these current pics? Thanks! Jeff

Oops - I answered the question in the posting itself. Please see above. These are recent pics. :) Oh, also note the sun has bleached the color from the climbing wall hand holds and the window edges. Finally, there used to be a "captain's chair" that we took down as the kids were WAY too big for it. I think it can be purchased separately online if you want to replace it - you can see the crossbars where it once hung.
