Petrol Lawnmower

"Champion" 41cm lawnmower. Briggs & Stratton 3.5hp engine which runs on unleaded petrol. Approx 10yrs old, and been really reliable, including an overhaul about 4 years ago. However, it's been outside all winter and now (unsurprisingly) doesn't start. (We had our garden 'remodelled' last summer and now don't have a single blade of grass, hence the neglect of the mower!) The Champion brand was, I think, Focus DIY before they folded a couple of years ago. The Briggs & Stratton engine is a well-known, quality brand (although after this last winter, whether it's got a future is anyone's guess!). If anyone can give this a new lease of life, that'd be great and you're welcome to it!!
