Raleigh bicycle from about 1950 for restoration

A Raleigh bicycle made in about 1950. Quite a lot of the dark blue paintwork on the frame has gone, but there is no rust. What looks like rust on the wheels is surface only: cleans off quite easily but will take time. The straight handlebars and the Sturmey Archer gear lever aren't original, the rest I believe is. It has the Brookes leather saddle but the leather is broken. 26" wheels,a fairly small bike.
