Retro double wardrobe - mid-century

A large retro double wardrobe, probably from the 60s/70s although no markings so unsure on exact date of origin. This wardrobe measures 115cm wide by 183cm high and 61cm deep. It is made of engineered wood with a wood veneer in a walnut colour with a gold trim and gold detailing in places. It's set on beautiful mid-century style legs. The doors fit well and there is a mirror on the inside of one of the doors. One side has a rail for hanging and two draws underneath the other has two shelves and space for more. Please note this item is in vintage condition so has a number of scratches scuff etc consistent with its age. The base of the wardrobe has a strong smell which seems like it may be from the wood having been damp. The is quite noticeable so would need to be addressed before this can be used as a wardrobe for clothes. It is just in one area so this part could be replaced and you will have a beautiful retro wardrobe. This is a well built, sturdy and heavy item, however it can be dismantled for transport.
