Samsung 42" Smart TV - SCREEN FAILING - spares or repair

Hi I have a Samsung 42" TV in working order in all respects APART FROM THE SCREEN. The bottom half of the screen has dimmed - might fail further, I don't know. It may be repairable or you may want to cannibalise it for the parts. Either way, it has been reset to factory defaults and boots up into the setup wizard - just with a dimmed bottom half screen. So - spares or repair if you have the talent/inclination. I'll even leave the batteries in the remote for you!
