16ft Plum Whirlwind trampoline - for a keen DIY-er with money to spend only - or scrap steel.

This item is in Horsell GB

All the details

A dismantled, super large Plum Whirlwind trampoline which provides either a significant weight of scrap steel (frame, ladders etc), or a serious DIY project for someone who is keen and capable! Cost nearly £400 new, and actual springs and surrounding safety net are fine, but having to get rid after 4-5 years of great fun for the kids, as the canvas loops on the trampoline canvas itself have started to rot and a new one isn't cheap. Likewise, the bungee cord that goes through the top of the safety net has rotted and would need replacing. Finally, I tried my best to keep all the parts together as I took it apart, but one or two of the bolts were bent or may well have been lost. Ditto some washers - so it would definitely need an informed trip to a DIY store as well as the new parts from Plum if available. There are no instructions and anyone collecting takes full responsibility for what they choose to do with it. For guidance only, when new, it was along the lines of this model: https://www.gardenstreet.co.uk/outdoor-play-c6/play-structures-c78/trampolines-c89/whirlwind-trampoline-enclosure-12ft-p5607 Collection available any time from front of house (edge of Horsell), or it will go to the tip at the weekene. Thanks

It wont be aluminium the spec is galvanised solid steel frame If you were nearer i would take for scrap but its worth pence i doubt anyone would spend both time and money to replace the main items when its easier to get a whole new kit Glad you have had full use of it. Metals parts are still in good condition
