Single bed with mattress. Ideal for spare room. Bed has seen better days. There is a tear on the front of bed (thanks to Mr Big foot here!) see photo. The mattress is in excellent condition with no rips, tears or stains and is very supportive. I'll throw in a single summer duvet 4.5 tog, mattress protector, all freshly laundered! If you don't use a headboard you can hide the tear.
