This is our sofa, we are moving to a furnished apartment so it needs a new home. It's about 10 years old, originally a fairly high quality construction with a heavy wooden frame and decent upholstery. Nowadays it is looking a little worn, with some damage form a cat around the corners, but it still makes a very comfortable sofa to sit on and it folds out into a very decent small double bed. Due to quality and the metal bed frame, this sofa is a bit heavier than most so will take some lifting to move. The arms come off to move the sofa in or out of a house. We are on the first floor but there is a lift in our building to help move the sofa. Re-listing as last chosen recipient changed their mind.
