Sofa/sofa bed, ideal for extra guests at Xmas

Three seater sofa/sofa bed with floral design in very good condition. Perfect if you have extra people coming for Christmas or New Year. Purchased in the 80's and only used as a guest bed, it is a very comfortable settee. Unfortunately, the sofa bed does not have the 1988 fire safety label (which is still the current requirement). It may, however, be possible to spray this item with a fire and flame retardant and/or renovate it to bring it up to current standards if required. The sofa/sofa bed comes from a non smoking household. It has two small mended tears on the bed protector and a couple of very small marks on the underside of the cushions, none of which are visible when used as a settee or bed. Measurements as sofa: Width 184cm, Depth 95cm, Height at back 92cm, Height at front 39cm. Measurements as bed: Width 138cm, Depth 230cm, Length of bed 190cm, Height at back 92cm, Height at front 43cm. Collection only please. Reason for advert: turning the spare room into an office.
