Swiss cheese plant

A fairly large Swiss cheese plant which I no longer have room for. It needs propping up and repotting. I've had it for decades, and when it gets to this size I usually cut it off below the 4th or 5th leaf joint and re-pot (the aerial roots take root quite easily in new compost). It's currently in a 9-inch diam. pot.
