Tellux Red '60s Record Player

Collectable Tellux 1960s record player (in the Dansette style) I looks great - very nice shade of red though it has washed out a little on the outside when compared to the inner colour. It currently DOES NOT work though as the turntable is not currently spinning - I imagine this can be fixed with a bit of love and care though. It hasn't been used very much since I bought it so I think it's possibly the lack of use that has caused the problem,
