Three seater sofa and arm chair

I have perfect condition sofa and arm chair. From pet free smoke free home. Not a mark in sight. Have been fireproofed but don't have the label. Would be a shame to just dump.

Please can you provide dimensions? (including height of seat from floor, as we are finding it increasingly difficult to heave ourselves to our feet!)
