TOSHIBA 40in Television 40BV700B NOT WORKING

Offering this in case there are any TV engineers who want to have a go at repairing it for themselves. It won't turn on, and the manual touch buttons on the front make a chirping sound. I looked this up on Google which said it might be the capacitors. We have had this for 10 years and were happy for the excuse to buy a new one. I'll leave it on here for about a week, then take to the dump if there are no takers.
