Tower Fan needs attention!

Tower Fan was dropped but still turns on & emits an loud noise...presumably from where the top has shifted down. So if someone is able to open it up & move the top back up you could possibly have a working fan again....I didn't due to arthritic hands so just replaced when it happened.
