Two large speakers

I was taken in about 25 years ago by the white van speakers scam. They have a "left over" high end pair of speakers that they can let go for cash. I think I parted with £200 while they were not worth more than about £50. I only used them for a few weeks before realising I should spend some real money on proper high end speakers. This pair have been in storage for a couple of decades. They work ok but have very cheap drivers in them and are not the clearest sounding speakers around. I think these could be a nice project for someone who could consider replacing the drivers with something not very expensive but much better from the likes of Blue Aran online. One speaker cabinet has sustained a bit of damp damage because I had a roof leak coming through to my spare room where these were stored. My cat Dexter hopefully helps for scale. Cat not included :)
