Look good, feel great... so the plate says. I think the idea is the vibrations tone your legs whilst you stand on it. It works perfectly but has parcel tape holding the plastic casing together. So, if you want to tone up your legs and you have somewhere to keep this out of sight, it would be great for you. The plate carries a warning that it is not a toy and children should be kept away from it (see the description given in the link above).
