Victorian garden planter

This planter has suffered the rigours of time but may take someone's fancy to restore. The base is about 2ft. high and 3 legged. The bottom of one leg is broken off and lost. We have it standing on a brick. The top (15" diameter & about 7" deep) has a wire round it to keep from splitting. It is VERY HEAVY, I suspect made from some sort of concrete.
