This is a gym quality cross trainer, very solid but folds for storage. The display has all the usual programs but also has a heart monitor. The item is very heavy but has a pair of transport wheels built into front frame to enable it to be moved more easily. I would stress however it is very heavy so if you want it you would require two men and a car/van large enough for transport. I do have assembly instructions so you could also disassemble it if you are able to then transport. It originally cost £600 and is a very robust machine just looking for a new home.
