Washing machine

I've got a Hotpoint washing machine - free to the first person who wants it. There are a couple of problems though. The door handle cracked off a little while ago but it can be repaced (http://www.appliancespareswarehouse.co.uk/hoover-washing-machine-door-handle-dr47.html?gclid=CKT-goTr5NICFUo8Gwod8qQJag) and at the moment it doesn't work. We think it's either the filter or maybe the brushes that just need to be fixed and it'll easily last for a few more years. We would have done this ourselves but we've recently moved and the new home came with a washing machine. It'll also be good for spares I suppose, but with a little effort it'll be as good as new.
