Wii Fit balance boards x 2

These are two Wii fit balance boards, one box - I have no clue what they do or indeed what they are. I'm assuming one of my grandchildren has left them in the garage - there are no wires, no nothing, other than two of the boards- so please don't expect me to answer any questions. I only know what they are because it says so on the box!
