Yellow Flowering bush 4-5ft high

I've just dug up a yellow flowing bush to make way for some building work. Sorry don't know the name of the bush. It has already flowered (lots of small yellow flowers). You might be able to tell the bush from what is left from the flowers. Leaves are starting to turn. I have nowhere else to put it so it's free to anyone who wants it.
