Finding previous items for sale.

All the details

Last year I posted some items on the site which I still have, but I have changed phones and now can't find the details for reposting the items. Can anyone help me by advising me how to find the details to repost them, rather than me sitting there for hours retyping all of the details again please. Thanks.
