Help. Communication

All the details

Hi. I have just signed up. I cannot find any way of asking a question for help? I have also requested an item. The 'seller' said it can go to the first requester as long as they can collect it within a couple of days. How does this person communicate with me? How do I know if they are willing, and how do I arrange times? I can't find any help on this either. Thanks.

Have you made a request for it and had a reply? The reply will have the seller's FW email address.

Hi. Thanks. I got a ******* email saying that the item was withdrawn. I got nothing from the other party. If he had wanted to accept it, how would he have got in touch? To my own email address? Do I have a freelywheely email address? How do I access it? I may be being a bit naive, or even stupid, but the info on this site does seem to be a bit lacking.

Your FW email address is: jpl123qwe@freelywheely.com If you go to the "inbox" tab at the top you will see a list of all your FW emails with senders' FW user names. You'll get the hang of it. Why not offer something and join in?

Thanks for your help. Appreciated. My wife has also registered and put an item up. Had 20 replies in a day! But they all come through to her own email address. Bit overwhelming. Anyway, as you say, we'll get the hang of it.

What is an acceptable time to wait for a response from a recipient who requested an item, but I've heard nothing, as I would like to put it back on, I can't hang around too long as it's a sofa and chair and I would like it to go to someone.
