Problem with e mails

Concerned that my e mails are not getting through. How can I be sure that my requests have reached those posting items?

So long as the user you are contacting has correctly entered their email address when signing up (and that's not always a given!!), and they are not ending up in the spam folder, your emails will reach them. Although I can guarantee that, unfortunately I can't guarantee that your emails will be answered!
